Do I pay additional charges, duties, taxes etc. upon receipt of my order?

No, you will pay only the total amount that is written on your receipt (including the tax) but there are some conditions you need to check below:

1.       Jawhara is not responsible for any additional cost corresponds to the import taxes laid out in each country’s current legislation.

2.       Jawhara is not responsible if a wrong shipping address is sent with the order.

3.       You may have to pay some custom taxes in your country, (it varies from country to country).

Gold Jewellery Can be exchanged either for gold or diamond Jewellery, or a gift voucher equal to the invoice amount of the Jewellery and In all cases, only one-time exchange is allowed.

Can be exchanged either for diamond Jewellery, or a diamond gift voucher equal to the invoice amount of the Jewellery. in all cases only one-time exchange is allowed.

After 30 days until the end of (1) year gregorian of purchase date

Gold Jewellery
Can be exchanged either for gold, diamond Jewellery, or a gift voucher. Gold will be calculated on the prevailing market price on the date of exchange after deducting manufacturing costs, stone weights and any other non gold components.

Diamond Jewellery
Can be exchanged for diamond Jewellery only after deduction of remodeling cost not exceeding 25% of original invoice amount of the
Jewellery purchased earlier. The value of the selected diamond Jewellery should be more than the value of the Jewellery for exchange.

After the end (1) year gregorian of purchase date

Gold Jewellery
Can be exchanged either for gold, diamond Jewellery, or a gift voucher. Gold will be calculated on the prevailing market price on the date of exchange after deducting manufacturing costs, stone weights and any other non gold components.

Diamond Jewellery
Can be exchanged for diamond Jewellery after valuation of the old Jewellery according to the market value of the material content. The value of the selected diamond Jewellery should be more than the value of the Jewellery for exchange.

Does Jawhara save or disclose our credit account holder information?

As for requesting credit card information, we only ask for the front-page of the card.

What if I have placed a duplicate order?

In the case of duplicating an order, please contact our Customer Care team using our Contact Us link to give the details. They will take the necessary steps to ensure everything gets sorted out to your satisfaction.

Do I have to be available to sign during the time of delivery?

Yes, you have to be there to sign during the time of order delivery. For security reasons all orders require a signature with the receiver’s name upon delivery, and presentation of a valid ID in the same name as the receiver on the order.
