2. Registration

  2. Acceptance occurs once shipment confirmation is sent.
  3. Jawhara reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders.
  4. In case of pricing errors, orders may be cancelled and refunded.

  2. Jawhara is not responsible if payment is declined by issuer.
  3. SSL encryption and secure payment gateway (Mashreq Bank) protect transactions.
  4. We are not liable for third-party unauthorized access unless due to negligence.

8. Delivery and Insurance

  1. Free shipping within UAE.
  2. Delivery time: 3–4 days within UAE; international shipping depends on destination and DHL service.
  3. All deliveries require signature. Responsibility transfers upon delivery.

9. International Shipping & Customs Policy

Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and clearance charges imposed by destination country authorities.

10. Returns and Exchanges

  2. Exchanges must be processed at UAE locations with original invoice.

Exchange and Refund Policy

Note: Customised jewellery is not eligible for return.

Exchangeable for gold, diamond jewellery, or gift voucher equal to invoice value. One exchange only.

Diamond Jewellery

Exchangeable for diamond jewellery or gift voucher equal to invoice value. One exchange only.

Pearl Jewellery

Exchange value based on condition and Jawhara appraisal.

After 30 Days – Within 1 Year

Gold Jewellery

Exchangeable based on current market gold price after deducting production, stones, and non-gold components.

Diamond Jewellery

Exchangeable for diamond jewellery with deduction up to 25% remodelling cost. New item must be higher value.

After 1 Year

Gold Jewellery

Exchange based on current market value minus production and non-gold components.

Diamond Jewellery

Exchangeable based on material market valuation. New item must exceed exchanged value.

Refund Policy

No refunds provided. Customers may exchange or upgrade products as per exchange policy.
